Comfort

I hope this is the same recipe that my mother uses for her delicious treats. The "it looks real nice" comment online won me over. Here's to hoping that the "local" (rather, available) ingredients and cooking equipment will be useful in my goal to recreate something delicious.

It seems that the very most simple things are making me happy lately. A Chilean identification card, gummy bears, running, hearty homemade soup, friendships of all levels, riding the train, reading, and my $12 full effect jacket are my loves next to the ability to cook brownies. Maybe they are not such small pieces of my comfortable lifestyle. Did I come all this way to rediscover my love for friends, family, fitness and fudge?
